Anyone interested in photography and the environment can attend this virtual event.
The National Geographic will host “Through the lens: Solastalgia” at 7 p.m. EDT on Nov. 10.
Photographer Pete Muller will discuss the concept of solastalgia, which describes the emotional and existential distress caused by environmental change.
Muller will share his photographs of the devastating Camp Fire in California as well as clips from “Rebuilding paradise,” a National Geographic documentary about the event directed by Ron Howard.
